∎ Age 33 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up order wise fabric production (Pretreatment to Finishing) as per shipment schedule and report flaw to top management for corrective action.
∎ Have to work very closely with the Marketing team to meet the shipment within the lead time.
∎ Analyze and updaye production process efficiency.
∎ Control finishing parameter during bulk production on the basis of sample development & fine tuning if needed.
∎ Ensure the quality of the fabric as per the fabric standard of buyer.
∎ Must have to work proactively with the supplier, laboratory to ensure the quality requirement.
∎ In case of major problems, inform the department head to solve or implement the alternate options.
∎ Solving the color matching problem during finishing and if required try to find a better solution by the help of spectrophotometer for the better perfection.
∎ Ensure the dyed fabric quality according to the standard requirements.
∎ Ensure all types of tests for the fabrics.
∎ Track proper ontime maintenance of all machines by Maintenance department as per log plus as and when required.
∎ Ensure fabrics dimensional stability as per buyers’ requirements.
∎ Ensure dyeing finishing production target on daily basis.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
