Responsibilities & Context:
Candidates should have the mindset to work in sweater manufacturing factory.
Establish quality control procedures for every step in the production process, from the design stage to the final product inspection.
Conduct regular audits of production processes and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Manage quality control teams and professionals who inspect and test products for quality.
Analyze data and identifying areas for improvement for addressing those issues.
Collaborate with other departments as work with design, production, and sales teams to ensure quality standards at every stage of the product lifecycle.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and standards about changes in regulations, customer expectations, and trends to ensure that the company`s quality control procedures remain effective.
Train all new staff to assign the position.
