Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and maintain quality system and process
∎ Able to manage, train and develop team
∎ Responsible for factory evaluation (Technical/audit)
∎ Carrying out quality & supplier evaluation
∎ Assess customer requirements and ensure that the quality met
∎ Specify quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
∎ Work with the operational team to establish procedures (standards, system)
∎ Direct objective to maximize profitability
∎ Train up the local management under the close supervision
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The candidate should have experienced in related field of Garment Technology/Quality Assurance.
