∎ Skills Required: AUDIT AND INSPECTION, process management, Quality Control Audit, SOP setup and execution, Teaching/ Training, Technical Audit
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Control Management, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Management System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement quality system from product development to shipment.
∎ Design & develop the process to ensure quality assurance.
∎ Prepare quality plan, quality system.
∎ Managing quality control / assurance function of the entire production facilities in accordance with the quality project plan.
∎ Train up all quality control team in the quality records, needle procedure, metal inspection, button ttf/pull test and remedies based on reports.
∎ Monitoring product safety procedure, compliance procedure as per factory standard / buyer requirements.
∎ Reduce non-Value-added activities within the team & improve the value of QCO Process.
∎ Check the Challenges of Quality Team & execute the solutions immediately.
∎ Monitoring the KPI of the Quality team.
∎ Proper follow up on Quality/Technical Compliance.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
