Job Context:
∎ Mahmud Denims Ltd is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as a Manager - QC (Fabrics & Yarn Dyeing).
∎ The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the quality controlling procedure, rules and regulations for achieving the goal (Quality) of the Fabrics.
∎ To be responsible for maintaining the quality at all stages of yarn manufacturing process.
∎ Ensure maintenance of required parameters of yarn dyeing production at all stages of manufacturing process.
∎ Ensure best quality fabric according to the buyer's requirement & handle customer complain efficiently.
∎ Fabrics quality check with inspection system.
∎ Monitor operations to ensure that which meets the production standard.
∎ Feedback on time to the respective departments to minimize quality losses & report inspection and test data.
∎ Performing any other assignment as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fabric (denim) knowledge, technical knowledge (QC, dyeing, warping, weaving & finishing)
∎ Knowledge of QC process
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Computer (Microsoft Office)
