Job Context:
∎ The main objective of this position is for the successful implementation of the project IMAGE Plus, complying with the policies and guidelines of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Government of Bangladesh and Terre des Hommes Netherlands.
∎ This is a national position for Bangladesh nationals and will be based in Dhaka with frequent travel to the field in the northern districts of Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Result Areas:
∎ Result 1: Coordinate organizational policy
∎ Organizational policy is coordinated in such a way that objectives have been achieved.
∎ Ensure proper coordination and provide strategic guidance to IMAGE Plus partners in planning, monitoring and implementation of the project.
∎ Provide budget management support to the partners and the IMAGE Plus Project Management Unit (PMU).
∎ Train the staff on thematic areas of the project SRHR, gender, education, gender based violence and livelihood.
∎ Support the partners for recording and reporting the project activities as required by the donor, government and TdH Netherlands.
∎ Result 2: Maintaining contacts
∎ Relevant internal and external contacts have been maintained.
∎ Represent the organisation in different workshop and seminars.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with project partners to ensure the effective performance of the project activities.
∎ Result 3: Improve workflows
∎ Work processes have been improved in such a way that the quality of service remains secure and employees are sustainably able to achieve the goals.
∎ Guide and support the partners for the effective implementation of the planned activities, monitor and review the targets and results.
∎ Update the PMU on the challenges in the field operation and seek prompt actions for making decisions for the effective implementation of the project. Share the progress findings, challenges and ways forward with the team and the senior management.
∎ Ensure the implementation of the project activities, on time, on budget and scope, Track the progress and give timely feedback and follow up actions.
∎ Ensure collection of reports from the field, compile them and prepare reports for the
∎ Netherlands Embassy, Government of Bangladesh and Terre des Hommes Netherlands.
∎ Give inputs in developing project documents, such as, communications and training materials, reports and presentations etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in social science/ development studies/ public health or related discipline
