Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline, having a degree from abroad will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Report to: Country Director
∎ Contract Duration: Initially 02 Years. High possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance, project/program requirement and availability of fund.
∎ Working Conditions: The position will be based in Dhaka but required frequent field visit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum 5 years' experience in developing and/or managing development and humanitarian projects and programming in Bangladesh.
∎ Experience in the field of program implementation, program backstopping and/or budgeting is desired.
∎ Knowledge of fundraising information sources, proven experience with proposal writing for institutional donors.
∎ Proven track record of handling institutional donors.
∎ Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
∎ Strong knowledge of financial and program development and management.
∎ Understanding the priority and managing work pressure enthusiastically.
∎ Strong knowledge of development and humanitarian issues.
∎ Knowledge of basic gender equality concepts.
∎ Familiarity with child education and protection, climate change, adolescent and youth's empowerment, disaster risk reduction, emergency response and humanitarian programming.
∎ Capacity to work collaboratively in a team as well as a self-manage.
∎ Well organized, and strong attention to detail.
∎ Have innovative and creative idea in project designing.
∎ Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
∎ Willingness and ability to travel.
Salary:
∎ Monthly Gross Salary is BDT 1,22,537 (Taka One Lac Twenty-Two Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty-Seven only)
