Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a reputed University majoring in Fabric Manufacturing Technology
∎ Textile Engineering from AUST/ BUTEX will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim Washing (Dry Process), Garments Washing Plant, Production Management (Washing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise production team to execute production planning and achievement.
∎ Set production target and ensuring maximum utilization of production capacity to achieve the target
∎ Prepare a cost effective and production friendly washing and dyeing recipe.
∎ Prepare trail bulk batch based on customer standard and take shade range approval from customer.
∎ Arranging a pre-production meeting for smooth production & ensure best execution of daily production plan and achievement on target as well.
∎ Analysis risk factors and preventive action plan of the respective washing and dyeing order.
∎ Focusing on quality control points in production process.
∎ Select best and cost-effective raw materials along with best saving of water and energy.
∎ Proper utilization of man machine ratio.
∎ Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery.
∎ Ensuring that team follows company policies and safety standards
∎ Supervising and managing the work of subordinates.
∎ Keep in touch with R&D team to execute a production friendly washing process to save time and chemical
∎ Prepare monthly calendar based on the confirm order of respective month.
∎ Secure monthly order projection based on the washing and dyeing capability and priority on dyeing-based order.
∎ Monthly awareness and individual performance analysis meeting in between the team.
∎ To set a monthly production utilization as well as set target and review last month performance.
∎ Understanding customer intention to adapt the new challenge of upcoming order based on design, type of wash.
∎ To set a fruitful and challenging R&D focusing on customer tend
∎ To develop cost effective product to cover up most targeted consumer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience in overseeing implementation, tracking the progress, reporting against the agreed indicators
∎ Works well in and promotes teamwork, comfortable and flexible environment;
∎ Demonstrated experience of working closely with support functions like finance and logistics, procurement planning.
∎ Independent, positive, can-do attitude and result oriented;
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory;
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office as well as familiar to use ERP like Oracle;
