• Industrial experience in food processing (Production) in a reputed company will get preference

Job Location: Parbatipur (Dinajpur District), Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop production plan, budget, and timelines based on plant capacity and production specifications.

• Plan workflow and schedules for production departments.

• Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.

• Evaluate production processes and recommend improvements.

• Monitor and control raw materials, supplies, and finished goods inventory levels to ensure efficient production.

• Assist in new product development and enhancements.

• Conduct meetings to keep track of production schedules.

• Ensure that finished products meet quality standards as required specifications.

• Determine equipment, materials, and manpower required to complete production.

• Monitor production workflows to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve any operational challenges.

• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve production issues related to quality.

• Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.

• Coordinate and report to Management accordingly.
