Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.
∎ Production Oversight: Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, from planning and scheduling to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective production.
∎ Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure that all products meet the company’s high standards.
∎ Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
∎ Safety Compliance: Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety guidelines, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
∎ Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports related to production and quality control, providing insights and updates to senior management.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the company.
