The Manager, Production (Cement)-Electrical Engineer should be capable to handle Cement Production & its Operation of this Factory
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations:
Direct and control all aspects of the cement production process, including raw material grinding, clinker production, final cement grinding, and filling/loading.
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to production staff, including shift teams and the quarry team.
Quality and Safety:
Ensure the production of high-quality products while maintaining strict safety and environmental compliance throughout the plant.
Cost & Efficiency:
Monitor and control production costs, fuel consumption, and equipment performance to achieve optimum efficiency and economic development.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to plant management by anticipating future needs, participating in improvement plans, and proposing new investments.
Maintenance & Repairs:
Coordinate maintenance programs and oversee complex repairs, such as those for kilns and clinker coolers.
Performance Management:
Set objectives for department staff, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure training and development needs are met.
Reporting & Collaboration:
Oversee the reporting of department effectiveness and collaborate with other departments and management for smooth operations.
