Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee all customer-specific bonding developments and troubleshoot production-level issues.
- Establish new bonding production plants with standardized processes and ensure proper training and awareness among the plant team to handle all bonding-related styles.
- Utilize Industrial Engineering (IE) tools to develop and enhance technical processes, driving improvements and implementing methods to adopt new bonding technologies.
- Maintain bonding processes, develop SOPs, standardize operations, and conduct training programs across plants to strengthen bonding knowledge at the plant level.
- Inspire and mentor team members to achieve excellence in their roles.
- Develop new patterns and carry out pattern alterations based on customer requests.
- Research customer requirements, products, and innovative technologies to provide customers with new solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers on technical matters, providing solutions and support.
- Lead innovative projects to commercialize alternative technologies aimed at replacing current bonding methods.
