Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analysis; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
∎ Receiving quality-related complaints and take the necessary measures to solve the quality problems.
∎ Ensuring the proper product quality and benchmark for each & every consignment.
∎ Preparing monthly QC reports and submitting them to the stakeholders.
∎ Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
∎ Clearly defines all workflows, communicates documented processes, and ensures all practices are being refined and tuned with learnings.
∎ Ensures internal department workflow and tracking documents up to date.
∎ Ensuring daily pre-production assemblies and checking job cards.
∎ Developing and maintaining the production process, inventory process to control the factory overhead cost.
∎ To arrange the product's orientation and learning session for factory QC Officer, Assembler, Helper, Supervisors.
∎ Monitoring closely daily checklist of all maintenance work, machine logbook, Generator logbook, spare parts consumption.
∎ In time communication and reports to the higher management.
∎ Occasional communications with the local & foreign vendors as per company requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Practical Experience in QC role with an outstanding record in the Electrical industry
∎ In depth understanding of process development and quality control procedures
