Responsibilities & Context:
- To give in-house print approval
- Follow print quality from test cutting to bulk production
- Analysis the print quality in test cutting stage discusses with cutting section for any additional requirements.
- To conduct AQL in-line/Final/Dispatch.
- Ensure the product quality as buyer requirement.
- Ensure the print durability & Color fastness include RSL before start production & keep records.
- Ensure delivery at right time with acceptable quality.
- Report to top management on the performance of the quality and any need for improvement.
- Develop standard of excellence, continuous improvement, oversee and follow-up quality.
