Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline preferably in Development Studies, Women and Gender Studies, Governance or Social Science and English with a foreign degree in any of above-mentioned subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Department/Unit:Program
∎ Accountability: Advisor, Development & Organization
∎ Tenure of Services Contract: 2 years (extension based on satisfactory performance)
∎ Working Conditions: Most of the working hour will be in Country Office and required to visit office of different stakeholders such as different government office, NGO office etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum (05) five years' experience in mentioned position in international organization.
∎ Proven experience on working in advocacy with legislative bodies.
∎ Proven experience of writing reports that interpret policy or research findings clearly and concisely and communicating them to a variety of audiences

Salary:
∎ Monthly Gross Salary maximum BDT 111,000 (Taka one lac eleven thousand) only subject to deduction of Tax at source; based on salary history and experience.

∎ According to organizational Human Resources Policy.
