• M. Pharm, Dhaka University is preferable.

• Production Planning and implementation to meet market demand through enhanced productivity and efficient manner.

• Implementation and establishment of the Quality system in the plant.

• Development of written procedures, SOP and other documents, including amendments.

• Communicate and liaison with the supply chain and procurement department for selection and procurement of new API and Excipient for new product development.

• Supervise and Monitor the design and development of new pharma products.

• Maintaining liaison with the higher management of the company for smooth operation of factory activities and business development with a visionary attitude to cope of ongoing market demand both home and abroad.

• Proven competency to develop cGMP production environment and ensure practice to meet regulatory compliance of imported products.
