Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure per-formulation studies and development of new products.
Conduct reformulation activities for improving quality, manufacturing process and minimising cost.
Review of DMF, COAs, MSDS of APIs and recipients.
Participate in IQ, OQ, PQ activities of lab equipment’s.
Explore to develop the alternate vendor for existing products.
Design the finished products specification.
Conduct stability study of new & existing products.
Perform analytical method development for both compendium & non-compendium method.
Prepare and review of method validation protocols and reports.
Conduct analytical method validation/ verification activities.
Carry out analytical method transfer.
Develop and validate test methods for cleaning validation.
Generate and review laboratory investigation reports.
Conduct review of analytical test data.
