Responsibilities & Context:
This position is suitable only for personnel who have been working as a `Manager Planning` of a sweater company.
Implemented and executed plans through the Fast React System.
Skilled in report generation, layout, design, critical paths, late orders, and late event resolution.
Produced plans via Fast React to ensure on-time delivery and maximize efficiency using the skill matrix.
Monitored daily, weekly, and monthly shipments; reviewed line targets against SMV.
Analyzed future plans and coordinated with marketing GMs on bookings, overloading, and line feed.
Followed up on loading plans 3 weeks ahead, including fabrics, trims, and accessories.
Monitored order status and conducted regular schedule meetings with merchandising and marketing.
Ensured accurate capacity planning for optimal manpower and machine utilization, reducing costs and increasing profitability.
Tracked production status; conducted root cause analysis and provided quick solutions if plans were not met.
Maintained coordination with operational teams for on-time delivery and optimal equipment use.
Held meetings with department heads to improve performance and achieve targets.
Reviewed production plans against capacity and strength.
Supervised store, IE, and planning staff to ensure raw material arrival and production schedules.
Developed emergency plans to handle crises effectively.
Prepared master plans, capacity plans, order booking plans, loading plans, and production status reports.
Generated daily, monthly, and shipment comparison reports to track production vs actual.
