Experience:

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Textile, Dyeing Factory

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. in Textile Technology from any reputed Public University with adequate knowledge in Planning, Dyeing, Printing & Finishing Industry.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Textile, Dyeing Factory

• The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
• Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Must have very good command over MS office application.

• Proper planning and follow up of dyeing production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.

• Find out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.

• Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it. (IE based concept, Lean Concept)

• Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.

• Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.

• Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.

• Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.

• Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.

• Conceive and promote company mission-vision oriented advance preparation to face contingencies.

• To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
