Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- B.Sc. in Textile Technology from any reputed Public University with adequate knowledge in Planning, Dyeing, Printing & Finishing Industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
Proper planning and follow up of dyeing production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
Find out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it. (IE based concept, Lean Concept)
Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
Conceive and promote company mission-vision oriented advance preparation to face contingencies.
To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
