Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor in Pharmacy/Mechanical/ Civil/Business Administration.                         

• MBA and Professional Supply Chain Degree preferable

• 8-10 years hands on experience of working in Pharmaceutical Industry.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Deliver key Supply Chain KPIs, including cost optimization, on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery and cost savings initiatives.
• Ensure integrated collaboration across the entire supply chain function.
• Contribute to strategic and company-wide planning as part of the leadership team.
• Support new product development by ensuring supply readiness and alignment.
• Identify and develop alternate sources for raw and packaging materials to mitigate risks and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO-9001 policies, procedures and standards.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and departmental manuals.
• Foster a culture of root cause analysis, continuous improvement and proactive customer service.
• Provide training and development to the Supply Chain team on product, process and supplier engagement.
• Coordinate with Production on S&OP planning and execution.
• Collaborate with MIS to ensure timely PR-to-material delivery through effective material planning.
