• Under the guidance and supervision of the Addl. GM – S&M Pharma, develop the annual distribution plan for the organization, ensuring cost-effective distribution operations and proper control of the distribution budget.

• Formulate and implement operational strategies and develop overall distribution operation plans to ensure smooth and efficient distribution activities.

• Monitor and control Distribution expenditures within the approved budget and take initiatives to reduce overall distribution expenses to the industry benchmark level.

• Ensure smooth operations of all depots while maintaining proper safety and security standards, with zero incidents or accidents.

• Ensure all credit-related activities are properly monitored and controlled in strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
