-       Age: Maximum 45 years.

-      Master’s in any discipline.

-      At least 10 years experience in relevant field.

-    Excellent communication and negotiation skill.

-    Strong leadership and team management skills.

-       Skills: Proficiency on MS Office suite.

-       Requirement may be relaxed for deserving candidates.

·         Under the guidance and supervision of the Addl. GM – S&M Pharma, develop the annual distribution plan for the organization, ensuring cost-effective distribution operations and proper control of the distribution budget.

·         Formulate and implement operational strategies and develop overall distribution operation plans to ensure smooth and efficient distribution activities.

·         Monitor and control Distribution expenditures within the approved budget and take initiatives to reduce overall distribution expenses to the industry benchmark level.

·         Ensure smooth operations of all depots while maintaining proper safety and security standards, with zero incidents or accidents.

·         Ensure all credit-related activities are properly monitored and controlled in strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
