Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible in giving leadership to the production floor covering manufacturing, HR, Admin, and Sustainability along with Compliance and Safety related set KPI's by the organization.
∎ Overall responsibility to meet or exceed the monthly signed off plan vs actual allocated factory/ unit which will enable to meet the quarterly and annual targets
∎ Work with planning to optimize the loading to meet or exceed the budgeted efficiencies
∎ Ensure preproduction approvals and RM availability by close coordination with planning, supply chain and merchandising teams
∎ Continue improvements to reduce none value added operations and processes through technology, automation and digitization
∎ Implement and sustain brand quality management systems and achieve desired rating during customer audits
∎ Create a harmonious work environment through active engagement of associates and management through various motivational and team building activities
∎ Develop a talent pipeline for the organization's future growth within through various training and development programs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience related of operations/production/quality assurance sector. The highly experienced candidate will be preferred.
