Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the overall operations, production and quality management of the entire factory from scheduling, raw material procurement, fabric and knitting production, garment quality to shipment
∎ Liaise with buyers on operations, compliance, technical issue, quality management, audit and final inspection
∎ Prepare the quality manual of the factory and does regular audit for the entire manufacturing processes
∎ Report to owner and top management monthly performance of all departments
∎ Coordinate with the development and implementation of an effective corrective
∎ Directly communicate with owner for any special instruction regarding factory improvement implementation
∎ Manage the entire fabric and knitting manufacturing from planning to delivery

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The candidate should have at least 10 years’ experience in the related field as operations, productions, factory and garment management .
