∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the overall operations, production, and quality management of the entire factory from scheduling, raw material procurement, fabric and knitting production, garment quality to shipment.
∎ Liaise with buyers on operations, compliance, technical issue, quality management, audit and final inspection.
∎ Prepare the quality manual of the factory and does regular audit for the entire manufacturing processes.
∎ Report to owner and top management on the monthly performance of all departments.
∎ Coordinate with the development and implementation of an effective corrective.
∎ Communicate with owner directly for any special instruction regarding factory improvement implementation.
∎ Manage the entire fabric and knitting manufacturing from planning to delivery.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ The candidate should have experience in the related field as operations, productions, factory and IE management.
