• Minimum 5 years Work experience to 100General Bed Hospital Manager.
• Leadership & Management – ability to lead teams, manage staff, and oversee hospital operations.
• Financial Management – budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Strategic Planning – setting long-term goals, implementing policies, and improving efficiency.
• Communication Skills – effective interaction with doctors, nurses, staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – quick response to medical or administrative crises.
• Regulatory Knowledge – understanding healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
• IT & Data Management – knowledge of hospital information systems (HIS), electronic health records (EHR), and basic data analysis.

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations.
• Manage hospital staff recruitment, training, and performance.
• Ensure patient care standards and service quality.
• Prepare and manage hospital budgets.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare laws and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement hospital policies and strategies.
• Coordinate with medical professionals and departments.
