Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Reqruiting, Risk Assessment, Security related activities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overseeing the entire operations.
∎ Managing Security Operations and Leading Operations team.
∎ Develop and implement security service policies and procedures.
∎ Individual Instructions for each post , attendence, use of security equipment, dress standards and training ETC
∎ Handle any security related issue in coordination with Clients.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.
∎ Ensure regular updating of the post by the respective Patrol Officer and Operation Officer both day and night.
∎ Ensure providing required service to the Clients through our Security Guards / Post Supervisor. Maintain close contact with the clients, receive their feedback and take appropriate measure accordingly.
∎ Carry out Security Survey and conduct Security Investigation.
∎ Routine submission of Reports.
∎ Regular communication / meet with Client's.
∎ Maintain inter department correspondences.
∎ Be ready to undertake any other task's given by the Higher Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security, Security Related activities & Negotiation Skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Security Service
∎ Personal motorcycle and motorcycle license will be Preferable.
∎ Retired Deffence Personnel- Armed forces Officersr or Equivalent position will be Preferable.
∎ Previous working experience with Security Company will be given preference.
∎ Comfortable in Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel & MS Word and Internet browsing.
∎ Be prepared to work under pressure.
