Responsibilities & Context:

• Work directly under the Head of Operations.

• Ensure quality of Service or service excellence.

• Capable of handling a large number of guarding operations.

• Planning & Execution of Weekly/Monthly operational new deployment, existing project development, supervision, etc.

• Carrying out recruitment of security and armed guards, imparting proper training to them, and then deploying them timely to their respective posts is the main task of the Operation Department.

• Contact and coordinate with different sources for manpower for recruitment to keep available manpower in hand.

• Ensure regular checking of the security and armed guards by the respective patrol officer and operation officer, both day and night.

• Responsible for maintaining the discipline of his under-command department personnel.

• Ensure smooth guarding operation services of different clients like Banking, Industrial, corporate, Universities, telecommunications, and hospitals, etc.

• Routine client visit schedule and submit feedback report to reporting senior on a daily/weekly basis.

• Ensure supervision and monitoring of the guards to ensure quality of service after sales service.

• Problem solving and reporting to superiors regarding operational issues.

• Ensure Carrying out `Security Survey`in coordination with the Marketing Department.

• Liaison with law enforcement agencies for emergency support.

• Readiness to work under demanding situations.

• Any other responsibilities detailed by the HOD/Board.
