• Proven experience in direct sales and marketing. A strong fieldwork mindset.
• Proficiency in computer applications. Must be able to build customer database using a mobile or computer.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services.
• Meet with clients regularly and build strong business relationships and a database. (Corporate Houses, Embassies, RMG Factory Line Security, Shopping Centers, Under Construction and Apartment Security) Achieve monthly marketing targets.
• Prepare and submit marketing activity reports to authorities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and other events.
• Maintain contact with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate to promote security services.
• Explore new sales opportunities and market potential for security sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Follow up on customer leads and convert them into sales.
• Conduct regular visits to public and private offices for marketing and promotional activities.
• Actively participate in marketing campaigns and support project visits for prospective clients.
• Understand the importance of customer relationships and satisfaction, and share feedback with team members.
• Support marketing campaign management and assist in preparing marketing reports.
• Handle client queries professionally and efficiently.
• Explore new sales opportunities and market potential for the Group
• Maintain the customer database and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Conduct client visits, project briefings, and close deals.
• Any other task decided upon by management.
