• Foreign correspondence & Banking.· 

•  At least 10-15 years` experience as a "Manager of Foreign Correspondence” in any garment/buying house with specific emphasis on Knit Garments.·        

• Candidate should have 10-15 Years’ experience as a foreign correspondence.·         Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.·        

• Accounts & Finance department regularly for shipment schedule and fund management activities respectably.·        

• Making invoice, packing list, and pass EXP form from Bank to Bank to ship out the export consignment.·        

• Responsible to collect Master L/C from Bank to bank and open Back to Back L/C for raw material procurement for export.·       

• Prepare & Submit Utilization Declaration from respective authorities which are required to export goods.·        

• Responsible for renewal of bond license, Fire license, Group Insurance policy, Annual audit report from customs authorities·        

• Dependable to submit export documents to Bank for negotiations with buyer’s bank for bill realization·        

• Must have good interpersonal skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationships with buyers and staff at all levels.·        

• Must have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.·        

• Must have advanced computer skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with buyers to ensure smooth operations.

• Identify and cultivate excellent relationships with new buyers to drive business growth.

• Conduct both overseas and local marketing efforts with excellence.

• Coordinate the activities of the Marketing, Merchandising, and Planning teams to meet monthly and yearly targets.

• Create and execute plans to ensure orders are processed smoothly and meet buyer schedules.

• Oversee order costing, negotiations, and confirmations in knit garments.

• Maintain clear communication with buyers for technical clarifications as needed.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Commercial, and Logistics departments to facilitate on-time shipments.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Management/Marketing/Accounting/Finance

• Textile background is preferred.
