• Masters degree in Management/Marketing/Accounting/Finance.
• Textile background is preferred.

• At least 5 years` experience as a "Manager " in any garment/buying house with specific emphasis on Knit Garments

• .Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.

• Must have good interpersonal skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationships with buyers and staff at all levels.

• Must have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.

• Must have advanced computer skills.

Job Description:

• Are you a dynamic, experienced professional with a passion for merchandising and marketing? We`re seeking a talented Manager to lead our Merchandising & Marketing department. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in factory-based merchandising within the 100% Export-Oriented Knit Composite Garments industry If you`re self-driven, motivated by challenges, and committed to delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with buyers to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and cultivate excellent relationships with new buyers to drive business growth.
• Conduct both overseas and local marketing efforts with excellence.
• Coordinate the activities of the Marketing, Merchandising, and Planning teams to meet monthly and yearly targets.
• Create and execute plans to ensure orders are processed smoothly and meet buyer schedules.
• Oversee order costing, negotiations, and confirmations in knit garments.
• Maintain clear communication with buyers for technical clarifications as needed.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Commercial, and Logistics departments to facilitate on-time shipments.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.
