• Experienced in Bags and Luggage based factory pattern related work·       

• Good Communication in Bangla & English & interpersonal skills, self-motivated.·       

• Good Counseling capability.·       

• The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.·       

• Proficient in MS Office Package.·       

• Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.

• Able to work with Chinese expert Technician team

• Develop accurate patterns for bags, backpacks, travel luggage and other luggage products based on design specifications and samples.

• Prepare pattern layouts considering material utilization, production feasibility, and cost efficiency.

• Create and modify patterns using manual methods and/or CAD software as required.

• Analyze product designs and convert them into production-ready patterns with correct measurements and construction details.

• Produce sample patterns and coordinate with the sample development team to ensure product accuracy.

• Review and improve existing patterns to enhance product quality, functionality, and manufacturing efficiency.

• Calculate material consumption and provide pattern-related data for costing purposes.

• Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Production, and Quality teams to resolve technical and pattern-related issues.

• Maintain pattern records, specifications, grading details, and revision history for all developed products.

• Ensure all patterns comply with customer requirements, quality standards, and factory production capabilities while meeting development timelines.
