Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control overall quality of sweater/knitwear production.

• Conduct inline, pre-final, and final inspections.

• Ensure products meet buyer quality standards and specifications.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Sample, and Technical teams.

• Analyze quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Prepare quality reports and maintain inspection records.

• Handle buyer quality requirements and compliance standards.

• Train QC team and improve quality awareness on the production floor.

• Follow up production processes to minimize defects and rework.

• Ensure shipment quality approval before dispatch.

Educational Requirements:

• Diploma/B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or related discipline.

• Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years experience in Knitwear/Sweater Quality Assurance.

• At least 2-3 years experience in a managerial position.

• Experience working with European buyers will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of sweater manufacturing processes.

• Good understanding of AQL, quality standards, and inspection procedures.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication and reporting abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.
