Experience:
Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or a Degree in Textile Engineering from a recognized and reputed university in Bangladesh.
At least 05 years of relevant working experience in a similar position (essential).
Six Sigma certification (any level, e.g., Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt) will be an added advantage.
Especially, experience working with Target USA buyers and having full knowledge of the end-to-end process, as well as exposure to brands such as Zara and Levi's, will be an advantage
Up-to-date knowledge of QMS, IE, and Lean tools, with a strong understanding of the latest machines, technologies, and equipment.
Good reporting, analytical, and computer skills, including CAPA preparation and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT).
Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities
Develop implement, and maintain the quality management system (QMS).
Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
Set the Quality standards and drive the Quality Control system and maintain Quality Assurance.
Ensure proper inspection systems are followed in incoming in proceed and final inspection.
Prepare a quality action plan and arrange Risk assessment PP, Pilot, First Bulk, and meetings and maintain the records, distribute them to relevant departments, and analyze results.
Monitor quality KPI’s such as defect rate, rejection rate and efficiency.
Monitor daily AQL audit and DHU reports, analyze the results, and implement corrective and preventive action plans to improve overall quality performance.
Lead root cause analysis and implement improvement plans.
Conduct weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly quality review meetings, and provide daily quality performance updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
Conduct risk analysis meetings for all the styles and maintain the records.
Prepare the factory for technical/Quality Audit.
Must have the ability to provide training to the staff & workers.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
