∎ Training/Trade Course: Training in HACCP,Courses on Food and Hygiene,Courses on Fire Fighting
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication, Hospitality Industry, HOTEL AND RESTAURANT, Leadership

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Sales and Marketing Team.
∎ Planning the budgets, setting sales targets, managing accounts, analyzing sales figures, producing and maintaining statistical and financial records.
∎ Planning and execute marketing campaigns.
∎ Meeting and greeting guests and ensure all guests receive a high quality of service.
∎ Recruiting, training and supervising staffs.
∎ Oversee personnel including receptionists, kitchen staff and office employees.
∎ Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
∎ Organize activities and assign responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
∎ Planning maintenance work, events and room bookings.
∎ Handling customer complaints and queries.
∎ Create and apply a marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services and amenities.
∎ Coordinate with external parties including suppliers, travel agencies, and conference planners.
∎ Ensuring Compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing Laws.
∎ Evaluate hotel performance and take necessary steps for the required development to ensure profitability of the Hotel.
∎ Partake in financial activities including establishing room rates, setting budgets, and assigning funds to departments.
∎ Prepare Standing Operating Procedure (SOP) of hotel.
∎ Resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
∎ Take any other actions which are deemed necessary for the overall benefit of the hotel.
∎ Keep the authority informed on the upcoming critical situation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:

∎ Manager should be capable of leading the Sales and Marketing Team of Hotel Nandini
