Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
Pharmacist license (preferred if managing pharmacy operations).
5+ years of experience in retail, pharmacy, or FMCG operations; at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of pharmacy compliance, POS systems, and retail analytics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

To oversee the day-to-day operations of the modern pharmacy and grocery section, ensuring optimal customer service, inventory control, compliance, sales growth, and efficient team management. The manager will be responsible for driving profitability and ensuring all operations align with brand standards and regulatory compliance.
Ensure smooth functioning of both pharmacy and grocery departments.
Monitor daily operations, stock levels, and merchandising standards.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain to maintain optimal stock.
Oversee inventory audits and reduce shrinkage/losses.
Supervise, train, and schedule staff including pharmacists, cashiers, and grocery personnel.
Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Ensure all employees follow company SOPs and customer service standards.
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction in both pharmacy and grocery sections.
Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally and promptly.
Promote ethical selling and accurate dispensing of medications.
Ensure pharmacy operations comply with local laws and regulations (e.g., drug licenses, prescription protocols).
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all areas.
Ensure staff are trained in safety procedures, including emergency protocols.
Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
Execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, staff attendance, and incidents.
Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management.
