Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelors degree in finance or management is a must. Masters degree will be a plus.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ In-charge of the software used by STREM/Mushti. Ensuring proper implementation of the software in the field and assisting the field teams on a daily basis on software issues.
∎ Dealing with the software provider for any changes or modifications required in the software as per management need.
∎ Providing hands on training to staffs on proper usage of the software.
∎ Ensuring all monthly reports are completed within the deadline, and also work on adhoc reports as required by the management from time to time.
∎ Provide all the necessary reports to all external stakeholders including MRA, PKSF, donors, etc. on time.
∎ Develop and implement a robust monitoring mechanism that will ensure tracking of program results at different levels.
∎ Provide alert to the management regarding any unusual growth or incident, flagging operational issues and risks requiring timely actions.
∎ Conduct regular field visits for monitoring operations activities as per management needs.
∎ Provide other supports to STREM/Mushti management as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrated experience on software management and reporting, with advanced computer skills.
∎ Good communication skills (verbal and written) in Bengali and English.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively to different parts of Bangladesh for monitoring purpose.

Salary: Negotiable
