∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mobile Financial Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing the overall Distribution House and supervising the employees.
∎ Need to Ensure proper discipline and management of Distribution House.
∎ Ensuring the availability of sufficient stock in the Distribution House.
∎ Provide guidance to the Field Force for ensuring product, merchandising, campaign communication at Uddokta points.
∎ Follow up the daily and monthly targets and monitoring the performance of the field force.
∎ Regular market visits for performance assessment of field force, market execution, and having feedback from Uddokta.
∎ Dispute resolution capacity, having the ability to handle legal issues of distribution houses.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 17000 - 25000 (Monthly)
