Job Responsibilities:
∎ You shall follow up all the orders sheet (running and new) assigned to your subordinates and make a spreadsheet so that management can any information from you when needed.
∎ Make sure all kinds of approval receive from buyers/buying in time.
∎ Must be able 100% Accurate in costing / consumption.
∎ Arrange fabrics/accessories of the right quality with a planned time frame for smooth production.
∎ Follow up the process & procedures of marketing and merchandising functions.
∎ Supervise all Merchandisers and production teams including quality, planning, to secure business and also overall order tracking and on-time delivery.
∎ Keep excellent communication with the buyers.
∎ Coordinate with customers to visit and deploy resources accordingly.
∎ Planning of Product Merchandising, Strategic and Assortment Planning of the entire range. Review the merchandise plans on a periodic basis to ensure profit is maximized and maintained to reach the target.
∎ Supervising liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure on time shipments.
∎ Meeting buyers and negotiating the terms of the contract of the buyer's policy.
∎ Develop improvement plans, produce monthly reports.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge on merchandising techniques.
∎ Should be smart, energetic, intelligent and should have ability to work under stress.
∎ Good understanding of Fabric, Accessories and Knit Garments construction.
∎ Enthusiastic and hard working.
∎ Cooperative in team work.
∎ Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
∎ Must be experienced working directly in the knit garments factory.
∎ Must have capacity to lead, supervise, and monitor a merchandising team.
∎ Experience in Knit Garments (lingerie item)

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Compensation package is above industries standard.
