Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Work with top managements as well as junior officers. Report Superior Manager / Head of Marketing regularly.
∎ • Supervise and coordinate business activities in a specific area.
∎ • Identify Potential Markets, create a market plan and deploy marketing officer for the betterment of business.
∎ • Evaluate and asses other company's Product & report the same to the superior Managers.
∎ • Launch new product or services as and when require.
∎ • Select the Channels of Distribution and monitor easier & cheaper distribution for existing product.
∎ • Study the Economic and Political Environment for our product.
∎ • Conducting campaign management for marketing initiatives and arrange accordingly with the consent of superior officers.
∎ • Organize a calendar of marketing events, such as dinners, promotions, exhibitions, product launches, workshops, open days or fundraising activities.
∎ • Represent the company at events.
∎ • Defining and managing H&S brand.
∎ • Producing marketing and promotional materials.
∎ • Maintain proper internal communications.
