Responsibilities & Context:
- Work with top managements as well as junior officers.
- Report Superior Manager / Head of Marketing regularly.
- Supervise and coordinate business activities in a specific area.
- Identify Potential Markets, create a market plan and deploy marketing officer for the betterment of business.
- Evaluate and asses other company’s Product & report the same to the superior Managers.
- Launch new product or services as and when require.
- Select the Channels of Distribution and monitor easier & cheaper distribution for existing product.
- Study the Economic and Political Environment for our product.
- Conducting campaign management for marketing initiatives and arrange accordingly with the consent of superior officers.
- Organize a calendar of marketing events, such as dinners, promotions, exhibitions, product launches, workshops, open days or fundraising activities.
- Represent the company at events.
- Defining and managing H&S brand.
- Producing marketing and promotional materials.
- Maintain proper internal communications.
