Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputed University
∎ MBA (Marketing) preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new business plans to acquire clients.
∎ Prepare and present strategic plans for different BTL activations as per the client requirement.
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the target.
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ The incumbent has to visit corporate client
∎ Attend briefing sessions/client follow up meetings as and when required.
∎ Create content for digital marketing as per client's requirements.
∎ Plan for pitching execution for events, activation.
∎ Creating new corporate/industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution
∎ Achieve company's goal through direct marketing
∎ Respond to the client query at office and over telephone.
∎ Prepare sales and marketing strategy.
∎ Prepare daily & weekly visit plan with customer
∎ Submit every day outcome report to the reporting authority
∎ Ensure marketing as per business plan
∎ Correspondence & negotiation with the prospective clients
∎ Fields visit as per campaign's need.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age upto 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5-year (s) experience in Event Management sector
∎ Interpersonal and Communication skill
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Strong command in both Bengali and English communication.
∎ Should have positive of innovative and creativity.
