∎ Age 35 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of all brand and marketing initiatives for Lovello Ice Cream.
∎ Design and implement 360° marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, digital, trade marketing, and in-store promotions.
∎ Take ownership of modern trade marketing strategy, ensuring brand presence, visibility, and activation across key modern trade channels (superstores, hypermarkets, e-commerce, etc.).
∎ Supervise product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities aligned with business goals.
∎ Conduct market intelligence and consumer behavior research to identify opportunities and trends.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain) and external agencies (creative, digital, and media).
∎ Ensure effective media planning, branding execution, and event sponsorships to enhance brand value.
∎ Manage and monitor the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and high ROI.
∎ Mentor and lead the marketing team to deliver performance-based outcomes.
∎ Provide regular marketing reports, analysis, and insights to top management.
∎ Develop and execute trade marketing tools and POS strategies for both general and modern trade.
∎ Work closely with Sales Team & National modern trade partners to improve product placement, visibility, and promotional alignment.
