POSITION SUMMARY:
Real Estate Sales Associates must have strong communication, customer service, interpersonal and negotiation skills. They should be detail-oriented critical thinkers who can work with diverse clients and understand their needs and interests. Though they work under a sales broker and might need their expertise at times, a Real Estate Sales Associates should be able to work independently to show properties and become involved throughout sales transactions. In addition to these general skills, a Real Estate Sales Associate could be expected by potential employers to possess the following skills. This position have to work under direct supervision of Managing Director, Directors of Vivek Group.
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITY:
The main responsibility of real estate sales managers is to motivate their agents to close sales. Managers develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale. After training, managers set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve. These goals are tracked through sales meetings that are conducted by the manager. During the meeting, sales managers discuss whether or not the sales team, as a whole, is meeting goals. If the goals are not met, sales managers offer advice and motivation. Sales managers may offer incentives and reward teams that reach their goals.
