∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): B2C (Business to Consumer), Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Ecommerce Marketing, Ecommerce Supply Chain, Market Research, Marketing and Sales, Online customer acquisition, Online Marketing Research, Online sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Retail Store, Super store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement short and long-term online marketing and sales strategies to generate brand awareness, to expand business and to get the word out about company and generate appropriate traffic.
∎ Develop strategic plan for appropriate product, price, promotion, timely distribution and implementing the same for achieving set target;
∎ Develop line of suppliers/ vendors readably switchable to second or third to ensure smooth supply at steady price;
∎ Understand gimmicks played by rivals and ability to adjust the dodges and counter the same by other gimmicks to retain and attract customers;
∎ Manage all online advertising, events, social media, professional associations, and other organizations to generate sales to ensure sales target and growth objectives.
∎ Analyze customer behavior for site traffic, page performance, click navigation, purchase conversion, and shopping pattern to drive sales in virtual shopping environment.
∎ Deliver excellent online experiences for users by developing strategies to increase Net Promoter Score (NPS) rating.
∎ Monitor competitors' activities to identity practices prevalent in online and mobile communications for developing new strategies.
∎ Maintain communication plan and prepare weekly and monthly reports to guide online presence.
∎ Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and submit report against achievement;
∎ Evaluate and update corporate web content that includes re-designing home and other pages to attract netizen & optimize campaign effectiveness.
∎ Provide appropriate guidelines to the staffs and control them with strong admin and managerial attributes and keep them happy and always under good working sprit;
∎ Train the staffs to overcome weakness reflected in his routine job/behavior as a part of continuous development of the organization
∎ Any other responsibilities (mutually agreed) Management may offer that fits with his portfolio.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 8-10 years hands on experience in relevant field.
∎ Must have good communication and presentation skill;
∎ Must be honest and nonpolitical background and a good Muslim with pleasant behavior;

Salary: Negotiable
