∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Candidate must have the proven working experience of 7 to 10 years in Marketing & sales in a reputed amusement Park/Hotel/Resort in Chittagong.
∎ Must have proper communication skill in different Government and non government organisation / School / College/ University situated at Chittagong.
∎ Candidate must be permanently living at Chittagong.
∎ Must be Computer Literate
∎ well groomed.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage on-going profitability of the Park,
∎ ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
∎ Develops and formulates Sales strategies and promotes the image of the Park.
∎ Able to create new customers & increase sales volumeDaily Client/Market visit and report on all sales activities.
∎ Plan and carry out direct sales activities.Organizing and coordinating the use and rental of park spaces for social events, meetings, parties, and conferences, etc.
∎ Corporate client handling and take part in new client acquisition along with the sales team whenever required.
∎ Visit potential customers on regular basis and maintain client database.
∎ Contact with several corporate sector as well as different educational institution for searching new customer.
∎ Keep the management update on periodical sales progress.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet target & tight deadlines.
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the management.
