Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing /Hotel and Restaurant Management/Hospitality Management Post graduation in hospitality or related field of study will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Amusement Park, Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage on-going profitability of the Park, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
∎ Keeping an eye on all the operations of the Park, including activities of all departments
∎ Develops and formulates Sales strategies and promotes the image of the Park.
∎ Able to create new customers & increase sales volume
∎ Daily Client/Market visit and report on all sales activities.
∎ Plan and carry out direct sales activities.
∎ Organizing and coordinating the use and rental of park spaces for social events, meetings, and parties, and conferences, etc.
∎
∎ Corporate client handling and take part in new client acquisition along with the sales team whenever required.
∎ Visit potential customers on regular basis and maintain client database.
∎ Planning maintenance works, events, and room bookings.
∎ Provide effective leadership to park team members.
∎ Contact with several corporate sector as well as different educational institution for searching new customer.
∎ Keep the management update on periodical sales progress.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be computer literate
∎ Candidate who already live in Chittagong will be will be preferable.
∎ candidate must have well communication skill with the different Government and private organizations in Chittagong city.
