Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA /Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
∎ BBA/ MBA in Marketing discipline will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop appropriate Marketing plan and strategies in relevance with the services.
∎ Analyze and identify market requirements for current and future activities by conducting market research supported by visit to customers such as Pharmacy, G.P, Specialist Doctors & Diagnostic Centre etc.,
∎ Formulate marketing strategy, coordinate and monitor its implementation to achieve optimum expansion of service.
∎ Constant endevour to achieve monthly patient's target (OPD&IPD) assigned by the authority.
∎ Visit Hospital & Specialist chamber & Inform about our service facilities.
∎ Visit target doctors regularly in the assigned territory, maintain good relationship with them and explore new market opportunity.
∎ Work closely with marketing teams & create new ideas.
∎ Support all company initiatives, provide action oriented feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source of company.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.

∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ 3 to 5 year(s) experience in similar position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s)
∎ Sales, Marketing, Brand Planning, Business Development, Public Relation, Corporate Marketing, Medical Representative of Pharmaceutical.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area (s)
∎ Clinic, Diagnostic Centre, Private Hospital, Pharmaceutical Institution.
∎ Depth knowledge in hospital & health care services.
∎ Ability to achieve sales target, Committed to take sales challenge regarding increased OPD & IPD Patient.
∎ Positive attitude.
∎ Good communication skills both in English & Bangla.
∎ Dynamic, hardworking & self-motivated with sound physical & mental health.
∎ Innovative, good planning and execution capability is preferred.
