Job Responsibilities:
∎ Takes responsibility for business development in new markets
∎ Manages relationship with customers.
∎ Provides key inputs for the development of new products and markets Strategic.
∎ Scans the business environment to explore options for revenue generation from customers.
∎ Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence
∎ Focuses direct marketing initiatives
∎ Regularly collects and analyses competitor information through market intelligence and other sources
∎ Customer relationship management
∎ Negotiates price and value of company product with customers and finalizes orders
∎ Maintains sound customer relations in the market with the dual objectives of retaining existing customers and acquiring new customers
∎ New business development
∎ Provides inputs into costing of products based on market surveys to eliminate any loss due to wrong pricing
∎ Creates appropriate customer service orientation in all employees of the Marketing & Exports function
∎ Takes regular developmental feedback from customer on issues regarding quality and delivery schedules
∎ Addresses all customer complaints on a priority basis

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-7 years working experience in knitwear garments industry.
∎ Good computer application knowledge over MS Office, and MS Excel
∎ Good negotiation skills.
∎ Result driven oriented
∎ Problem Solving attitude
∎ Extended working hour mentality
