Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/M.com in Marketing /Management or any others subject from any reputed Public/Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecast to achieve corporate objectives.
∎ Identifies marketing opportunities, consumer requirements, competitor's share, strength, weakness and coordinate after sales service issues for customers with service team.
∎ Conduct sales meeting with customer & sales team and provide proper solutions to clients.
∎ Developing the sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 10 years working experience on Sales & Marketing in Trade sector in any Polimer Manufacturing (pipe & fittings) company only.
∎ Competent in formulating marketing strategies, policies, product promotion, branding, business development, marketing & sales, market research, competitive analysis etc.
∎ Excellent motivational and leadership skills to boost-up team performance.
∎ Should have strong written and oral communication skills.
